About this role:

The Senior Visual Strategist will lead the creative team and oversee the entire visual output of the organization. This includes conceptualizing and executing high-quality visual assets for real estate audiences.

The ideal candidate must be a strong leader with excellent communication and project management skills. You must be able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing the creative team
  • Conceptualizing and overseeing the design of brochures, websites, social media creatives, and branding materials
  • Developing and refining brand identities, logos, and style guides for clients
  • Translating marketing strategies into clear visual directions and deliverables

In addition, the successful candidate should have a strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD/Figma) and experience in real estate or lifestyle branding is preferred.
