About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead our development team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, who can drive innovation and collaboration across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of software developers working on .NET technologies and oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project roadmaps.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
  • Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies and recommending improvements in architecture and processes.
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance in .NET, ASP.NET, C#, and .NET Framework to solve complex development challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8–12 years of software development experience with strong expertise in .NET, ASP.NET, C#, and .NET Framework.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a technical leadership/managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and application frameworks.
  • Experience with databases (SQL Server, Oracle, or similar) and integration with .NET applications.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with .NET Core/.NET 5+ and modern frameworks.
  • Exposure to front-end technologies (Angular, React, or Vue.js).
  • Project management experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
