Key Responsibilities
As Sr. GM/GM Operations (Weavens), you will be responsible for managing all manufacturing-related activities, including on-time shipments, quality control, and efficiency improvement. You will also oversee the planning and execution of production schedules, ensuring smooth operations across 6000+ machines capacity. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing LEAN manufacturing concepts and strategies to improve productivity and competitiveness.

Requirements
