We are seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Site Incharge to join our team at DCS Group. As the Mechanical Site Incharge, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical operations at our steel plant, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the mechanical operations of our steel plant, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, repair, and operation of all mechanical equipment.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant performance and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance and production activities.
- Manage a team of mechanical technicians and provide guidance and support.
- Monitor and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical operations, preferably in a steel plant.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Knowledge of mechanical equipment installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
