Beauty Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team at Estee Lauder Companies. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on our products, and creating a personalized in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inspirational and authentic customer service, educating customers on our products and creating a personalized in-store experience.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards.
• Participate in in-store events and promotions to drive sales and engage with customers.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
• Meet sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or makeup artistry is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a variable schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an asset.
