About Our Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Hybrid Test Engineer with strong expertise in both manual functional testing and automation testing. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python with Selenium, capable of building and executing automation frameworks, while also being hands-on with manual testing for functional, regression, and exploratory test cycles.

With 7-10 years of experience in software testing, the successful candidate will have a solid understanding of functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing. Proficiency in Selenium with Python is essential, as well as experience in testing web and desktop applications.

  • Analyzing requirements and creating detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data is crucial.
  • Performing manual functional testing for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes requires attention to detail.
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining automation test frameworks using Selenium with Python is a key responsibility.
  • Executing and maintaining regression, smoke, and sanity suites to ensure product stability is vital.
  • Working closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners in an Agile/Scrum environment is essential.
  • Contributing to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests for continuous validation is critical.
  • Conducting defect reporting, root cause analysis, and impact assessment is necessary.
  • Maintaining quality metrics, documentation, and test reports is essential for all releases.
