The Role:
  • Develop campaign ideas & decks that clients love.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into powerful creative work.
  • Lead shoots, content pieces, and campaigns as a Producer/Director.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, culture, and conversations and use that to create work that feels fresh and relevant.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Campaign Development: Research, brainstorm, and design full-fledged campaign ideas.
  • Deck Design & Pitches: Create sharp, visually engaging decks that sell ideas with impact.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to decode their needs and ensure ideas stay aligned.
  • Creative Production: Oversee shoots, content pieces, and campaigns as a Producer/Director.
  • Trendspotting: Keep the team ahead by scouting global creative work, trends, and innovations.

Who You Are:
  • A natural storyteller who knows how to connect ideas to culture.
  • 3-5 years of experience in advertising / branded content / creative agencies.
  • Comfortable switching between strategy, ideation, and execution.
  • Sharp presentation skills you know how to sell an idea in a room.
  • A strong eye for design, film, and communication.
