Job Opportunity: Senior Product Designer - Design Systems
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Senior Product Designer to lead the evolution of our design system. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating scalable solutions that enable teams to build faster while maintaining a consistent, high-quality user experience.
Key Responsibilities- Define patterns, components, and guidelines for the design system.
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to ensure consistency across products.
- Document standards and provide guidance on best practices.
- Conduct audits to identify gaps in design and implementation.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 35 years of product design experience with exposure to system-level design.
- Strong skills in component libraries, interaction patterns, and documentation.
- The ability to advocate for design consistency while understanding product trade-offs.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills to bridge design and engineering.
- A portfolio demonstrating experience building or scaling design systems.
