About the Role:

  • Provide data-driven insights to recruiters and business teams to facilitate informed hiring decisions.
  • Prepare concise summaries using Excel or PowerPoint to present research findings effectively.
  • Leverage platforms like LinkedIn Talent Insights, Naukri RMS, or job portals for gathering relevant information.
  • Collaborate on research projects related to hiring trends, skill demand, or talent availability.

Requirements:
