We are seeking a skilled professional to join our organization as a Machine Learning Engineer. As a key member of the project, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying robust machine learning models in a production environment.

Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop End-to-End Machine Learning Pipelines: Utilize AWS SageMaker to create scalable solutions that deliver real business value.
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists: Translate models and algorithms into production-ready code.
  • Manage the Machine Learning Lifecycle: Oversee data ingestion, model training, validation, and deployment.
  • Implement MLOps Best Practices: Automate workflows and ensure model performance and reliability.
  • Optimize ML Models: Achieve performance, scalability, and cost efficiency on the AWS platform.
  • Monitor and Troubleshoot Deployed Models: Ensure they meet performance and business requirements.
  • Stay Current with Industry Advancements: Keep pace with the latest advancements in machine learning and cloud technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree: In Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in a machine learning or data science role.
  • AWS Experience: Hands-on experience with AWS services, specifically SageMaker.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python and standard ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Containerization: Experience with Docker.
  • MLOps Principles: Solid understanding of MLOps principles and tools for CI/CD.
  • Data Engineering: Knowledge of data engineering principles and experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • AWS Services: Experience with other AWS services such as S3, Lambda, Glue, and Redshift.
  • Certifications: Certifications such as AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty.
  • Model Serving Frameworks: Experience with model serving frameworks (e.g., Flask, FastAPI).
  • Version Control: Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Agile Development: Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
