Job Opportunity: Expert Microsoft Dynamics 365 Professional

Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 expert with extensive knowledge in customization, configuration, workflows, and plug-in development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business needs.
  • Develop and debug plug-ins, workflows, and JavaScript customizations for seamless integration.
  • Work with managed/unmanaged solutions, handling solution components efficiently.
  • Implement business process automation and troubleshoot CRM issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable CRM solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 4-8 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE/CRM).
  • Strong knowledge of plug-ins, workflows, managed/unmanaged solutions, and API integrations.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, SQL, and HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with CRM security roles, customizations, form scripting, and workflow optimization.
  • Ability to debug CRM components and provide technical support.
