Job Overview

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our analytics team. As a key member of the division, you will be aligned with our Data Analytics and Business Intelligence vertical and help us generate actionable insights by leveraging data science techniques to drive business value.

You will collaborate in building innovative solutions, tackling complex problems, addressing technical challenges using cutting-edge platforms and technologies.

The ideal candidate will utilize existing tools, frameworks, standards, patterns to create scalable architectures and services necessary for business intelligence applications that scale from small teams to large enterprises.

As part of our analytics team, you will provide data-driven insights, recommendations to internal & external organizations in terms of optimizing ROI & performance efficiency in operations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis and business intelligence
  • Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Computer Science, Analytics, Statistics, or related field
  • Proven experience in IT services industry or managed services provider environment
  • Technical expertise in data science and advanced analytics delivery teams
  • Strong programming skills in SQL, Python
  • Experience working with large datasets and big data tools like Google Cloud (BigQuery, VertexAI), AWS, MS Azure etc.
  • Solid knowledge in multivariate statistics, reliability models, Markov models, stochastic models
  • Classification, regression, clustering
  • Ensemble modeling (random forest, boosted tree, etc.)
  • Experience in supply chain, marketing analytics, customer analytics, digital marketing, e-commerce domains
  • Extensive experience in client engagement and business development
  • Ability to work in global collaborative team environments
