Marketing Freshers Job Description

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our Marketing Team as a Freshers for Marketing role.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in marketing, with the chance to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting offline/online marketing initiatives, events, and promotional activities. This includes planning, creating, and posting engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).

You will also assist in developing marketing campaigns to promote our services/brand, handle daily social media management posts, stories, reels, engagement & queries, research trending topics, hashtags, and competitors for better reach & visibility, and collaborate with the team to bring fresh ideas and innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support offline/online marketing initiatives, events, and promotional activities.
  2. Plan, create, and post engaging content across social media platforms.
  3. Develop marketing campaigns to promote our services/brand.
  4. Handle daily social media management posts, stories, reels, engagement & queries.
  5. Research trending topics, hashtags, and competitors for better reach & visibility.
  6. Collaborate with the team to bring fresh ideas and innovative strategies.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Communication Skills: English/Hindi/Gujarati as per requirement.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Basic knowledge of social media platforms & digital marketing trends.
  • Creativity & Adaptability: Creativity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
  • Content Creation Skills: Familiarity with Canva, MS Office, or any content creation tool (preferred but not mandatory).
