  • Leads the Digital Marketing IT team by managing key operations in web, AI, and DevSecOps.

Responsibilities

">
  • Owns initiatives within the team focused on enhancing AI capabilities, maturing DevSecOps across platforms, and overseeing web operations functionality.
  • Develops and executes a comprehensive DevSecOps roadmap for Digital Marketing IT platforms.
  • Trains platform owners on best practices and ensures alignment with enterprise security, automation, and compliance objectives.
  • Conducts monthly maturity reviews and spearheads continuous improvement initiatives, defining and tracking adoption and scaling metrics.
  • Collaborates with the security team to embed a security-first mindset across platforms.
  • Partners with business teams to refine and document AI use cases, assess data process readiness, and track benefits.
  • Liaises with corporate AI teams to prioritize and facilitate requests through the AI funnel.
  • Evaluates embedded AI capabilities in platform tools, maintains a maturity and adoption matrix.
  • Works with marketing to define AI strategy and communicate learnings and outcomes across the organization.
  • Manages SSO integrations to ensure a secure and seamless user experience.
  • Serves as the lead for acquisition divestiture activities, including domain name management, redirects, and vanity URLs.
  • Oversees cache and security settings with external service providers, troubleshoots firewall and caching issues.
  • Coordinates with cross-functional teams to communicate and track platform changes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience.
  • Good level of system functional expertise and technical capabilities.
