Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to lead our data science team and drive business growth through data-driven insights. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the data science team, planning projects, and building analytics models to help us gain a competitive edge in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement statistical techniques, algorithms, and deep learning models to create new, scalable solutions that address business challenges.
  • Define, develop, maintain, and evolve data models, tools, and capabilities to support business growth.
  • Communicate findings to stakeholders through visualizations and collaborate with diverse teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Provide solutions for various business challenges, including object detection, image recognition, natural language processing, sentiment analysis, and more.
  • Build, train, and lead a team of data scientists to drive business growth.
  • Follow agile methodologies to deliver project milestones and drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Math, Computer Science, Information Systems, Machine Learning, Statistics, Econometrics, Applied Mathematics, or related technical fields.
  • 6+ years of experience in a related position, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a data scientist or business analyst building computer vision, NLP, and predictive analytics solutions.
  • Advanced knowledge of statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Theano, Keras, and PyTorch.
  • Minimum 5 years of programming background and expertise in building models using at least one of the following languages: Python, R, Java, C, or C++.
  • Good knowledge of implementing deep learning models for image classification, document classification, object detection, and logo detection.
  • Strong individual planning and project management skills, able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Self-motivated and driven to deliver agreed results on-time.
  • Ability to convert analytical output into clear, concise, and persuasive insights and recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong influence and relationship management skills.
