Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive SAP IBP Demand Lead to lead the implementation of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) for demand management. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to align forecasts with business objectives, analyzing historical data, and utilizing SAP IBP tools to enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency.

This role requires strong expertise in demand planning and the ability to design and execute robust demand planning strategies.

The ideal candidate will have experience with data analysis tools and techniques, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

  • Lead the SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) implementation for demand management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align demand forecasts with business objectives.
  • Conduct demand planning meetings to review and adjust forecasts.
  • Analyze historical data and market trends to develop accurate demand forecasts.
  • Utilize SAP IBP tools to enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in the demand planning process.
  • Implement and maintain best practices in demand planning processes.
  • Design and execute robust demand planning strategies.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on demand planning practices.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in forecasting and demand processes.
  • Manage communication with stakeholders regarding demand plan assumptions and updates.
  • Facilitate scenario planning to assess the impact of potential business changes.
