UI/UX Designer Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating immersive experiences for our customers, utilizing cutting-edge solutions in augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR).

Main Responsibilities:
  • User Research: Conduct research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
  • User Journey Mapping: Translate requirements into user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that prioritize usability and clarity.
  • Design Workflow: Utilize Figma for design workflows, leveraging AI tools to speed up the creation of UI screens based on validated UX flows.
  • Production-Ready Design: Create production-ready UI designs, including supporting graphics, illustrations, and icons when needed.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure smooth handoff and implementation.
  • Design System: Contribute to and maintain our design system for consistency across devices and platforms.
  • Accessibility and Usability: Apply accessibility and usability best practices in all design outputs.
  • Presentation: Present designs clearly and thoughtfully to stakeholders.
  • Feedback and Iteration: Iterate quickly based on feedback and testing results.
Requirements:

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with 4–5 years of experience, emphasizing strong UX skills. A portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and UX thinking behind designs is required.

Apart from technical skills, we are seeking someone who can effectively explain design rationale and decisions, and adapt designs based on user feedback and project needs.
