About the Job:

You will work closely with our Marketing team to create high-quality web experiences focusing on conversion goals, page performance, and responsive design. Your work will involve collaborating with our team to produce engaging online experiences for our leads and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Work with in-house designers and the marketing team to develop web pages and landing page concepts.
• Monitor site performance and run regular audits to ensure optimal user experience.
• Measure and analyze website metrics, providing data-driven suggestions to improve performance.
• Create innovative interactive concepts in Webflow using your expertise and creativity.
• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.
• Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Understanding of SEO principles and ability to implement them effectively.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• An exceptional portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development with a focus on brand and marketing sites.
