MS&T Specialist Role Overview

The role of MS&T Specialist is crucial in ensuring seamless collaboration between Site MS&T teams and multifunctional technical operations teams within the Large molecules platform. This individual plays a key role in facilitating effective communication, supporting problem-solving activities, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects and alignment with organizational goals.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering open communication and trust.

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement control strategies to minimize risks and ensure quality.

- Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and other documentation to support business decisions.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies.

- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in pharmacy, pharmaceutical technology, chemical engineering, biotechnology, chemistry, or equivalent science stream.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in MS&T or manufacturing of pharmaceutical drug substances in large molecules platform/facility.

  • Proven project management skills, with ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make informed decisions.

Preferred Skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.

  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and techniques.

- Familiarity with GMP regulations and industry standards.
