Python Developer

We are seeking an experienced Python developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of robust AI/ML solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable AI/ML applications with a focus on efficiency and reliability.
  • Implement and optimize machine learning models, data pipelines, and APIs to drive innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications and deliver business value.
  • Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code with proper testing and documentation to ensure smooth operation.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices in AI/ML and Python development to drive growth.
  • Stay updated with the latest AI/ML frameworks, libraries, and tools to drive innovation and improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of hands-on software development experience with a strong focus on Python.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
  • Strong expertise in data structures, algorithms, and system design to ensure efficient and reliable solutions.
  • Proven track record of delivering AI/ML-driven applications in production to drive business results.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying AI/ML solutions to drive scalability and efficiency.
  • Solid understanding of databases, APIs, and CI/CD practices to ensure smooth operation and delivery.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and ability to work independently in a remote setup to drive success.

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, RAG models, or Agentic AI to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Experience in building intelligent agents or AI-powered products to drive growth and expansion.
  • Prior experience in mentoring AI/ML development teams to drive knowledge sharing and growth.
