Job Title: Controller of Financial Operations

The role is responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

About the Position:
  • This position involves managing all aspects of accounting, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Responsible for maintaining relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Promote operational efficiency and process improvements through effective management of internal controls and systems.

Key Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification with over 15 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations governing business operations in India.
  • Experience with leading offshored activities and implementing financial ERP systems.
