As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for managing the intricacies of margin calls, collateral management, and interest calculations.

You will perform reconciliations across multiple products and platforms to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role involves executing internal transfers and monitoring settlements to guarantee timely and accurate outcomes.

Additionally, you will oversee payment processing and SWIFT transactions, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and maintaining high levels of accuracy.

Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is crucial to resolve discrepancies and support KYC documentation processes.

Supporting FX transactions and related treasury operations is also a vital aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in cash management, treasury, or derivatives operations.

• Strong understanding of margin models, collateral management, and reconciliations.

• Knowledge of financial products – derivatives (futures, forwards, options, swaps), FX, and related instruments.

• Hands-on experience with payment systems, SWIFT, and settlement processes.

• Familiarity with KYC requirements and compliance frameworks.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools; familiarity with treasury/settlement systems is an advantage.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
