Project Leadership Opportunity

Are you a seasoned project manager looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the delivery of SAP S/4HANA initiatives within a pharmaceutical environment.

About the Role

This is a 12-month contract, extendable position that will see you leading projects from initiation through to delivery, with a focus on upgrades, integrations, and process improvements. You will collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements, align solutions with business needs, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

You will coordinate system testing, pre-go-live readiness, cutover, and post-go-live support to ensure successful delivery with minimal business disruption. Additionally, you will manage risks, issues, and dependencies, drive adoption of resolutions across business and IT teams, and oversee process mapping, documentation, and compliance management in line with pharmaceutical standards (e.g., GxP).

As part of this role, you will also support integration efforts with third-party systems and interface solutions, provide training and knowledge transfer to cross-functional business and technical teams, and act as an investigative lead, analyzing system or process issues and driving structured solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA projects from initiation through to delivery.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, commercial business flows, and integration projects.
  • Familiarity with RISE with SAP migrations and upgrades.
  • Experience managing third-party integration projects and interface solutions.
  • Strong background in process mapping, documentation management, and change management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to deliver training and support knowledge adoption across business and technical teams.
