We are on a mission to connect sports fans to global advertisers, and we need your expertise as a WordPress developer.

You will be at the heart of all key projects, working with our custom WordPress engine (themes, plugins, internal tools). Your goal will be to build and maintain advanced Gutenberg blocks, leveraging hooks, APIs, and custom theme logic.

The Ideal Profile
  • 4+ years of experience in web development and WordPress.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented.
  • A strong team spirit and ability to take initiative.

In this role, you will optimize database queries and code execution (profiling, debugging, chasing wasted milliseconds and memory leaks), integrate with REST APIs, and support complex integrations/microservices. You will also work daily in Docker/Podman environments (WP-CLI, container operations, Linux commands).

Required Skills:

  • Deep expertise in PHP and the WordPress ecosystem.
  • Strong SQL skills and proven experience optimizing queries for performance.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservice integration patterns.
  • React experience, especially for Gutenberg block development.
  • Comfortable with Docker/Podman workflows and Linux environments.
  • A performance-minded developer: profiling, measuring, and optimizing code execution.
  • MacOS or Linux development environment (mandatory).
  • Good command of HTML, CSS (SCSS), and JavaScript (ES6).
  • Experience working closely with designers and front-end integrators.
  • Awareness of accessibility and Core Web Vitals best practices.

As a WordPress developer, you will collaborate with our front-end integrators to connect blocks/themes while owning the backend architecture.
