Job Description

As a Fashion Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the product lifecycle across online and offline channels.

This includes maintaining brand alignment, enhancing customer experience, and driving sales growth through strategic vendor relations and product merchandising.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners and vendors to ensure seamless coordination on orders, stock, and payments.
  • Updating and tracking all vendor and customer orders, payments, and inventory on a daily basis.
  • Maintaining accurate product listings, adding or removing ready-to-ship pieces, and ensuring a consistent brand image online.
  • Collaborating on line sheets, lookbooks, and product assortments in alignment with promotional campaigns.
  • Managing direct customer interactions through various channels, providing updates, and resolving queries promptly.
  • Working closely with marketing and design teams to ensure product presentation reflects the company aesthetic across all touchpoints.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in product management, fashion retail, or customer-facing roles with lifestyle/fashion brands.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with stores and vendors.
  • Hands-on knowledge of digital tools like Shopify, Excel, and other relevant platforms.
  • Ability to balance operational efficiency with creativity and attention to detail.
  • Education in Fashion Management, Merchandising, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
