Job Title: Transition Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Transition Specialist to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Transition Managers in the management, performance, and execution of the Transition Program.
  • This includes supporting standard CoE methodology, deliverables, and approach for transition execution.
  • The individual will also monitor progress of the transition plan and associated tasks and responsibilities against the transition schedule, timelines, and milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Transition Managers in identifying, monitoring, and managing any risks or issues via an updated Transition Risk Register.
  • Take Minutes for transition cadence meetings.
  • Support Transition Managers in ensuring critical milestones and deliverables are identified and completed on time.
  • Monitor, track, and report against the transition resource ramp-up plan.
  • Work with various cross-functional teams for the successful execution of the program/tower.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate good project management skills and experience of working on at least 1 application transition projects.
  • Logical mindset and ability to learn.
  • Experience with Office Suits (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams).
  • Must have a collaborative mindset and develop amicable working relationships with teams.
  • Possess effective written, oral communication, and presentation skills.

Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
