Job Title: CPU Physical Design Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced CPU Physical Design Engineer to lead our high-speed core development team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating high-performance and power-efficient CPU cores.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Significant knowledge of high-speed cores including CPU, GPU, and DDR architectures.
  • Experience with synthesis and constraint management in PPA (Power, Performance, and Area) optimization.
  • Strong understanding of silicon margins, voltage trade-offs, power consumption, and area impact.
  • Familiarity with floorplanning for multi-core systems, L2 and L3 cache hierarchy, and power planning from bumps to system-level design.
  • Knowledge of critical path analysis, pipelining, latency optimization, and super buffer implementations.
  • Low-power implementation expertise is a plus.
