We're expanding into TOPCon technology and have opportunities in the Cell Maintenance (Manufacturing) department at Fabcity.

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll oversee production output and yield while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high-quality production output and yield by adhering to SOPs.
  • Prior experience in solar cell manufacturing or the chemical industry is highly preferred.
  • Initiate and implement projects aimed at improving yield, reducing costs, and optimizing production processes.
  • Handle engineering changes, production trials, model changes, and pilot builds efficiently.
  • Possess strong mathematical, technical, and basic computer skills.
  • Develop and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet desired standards and meet internal/external audit requirements.
  • Be adaptable and capable of handling multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
  • Understand cell manufacturing procedures and contribute to developing SOPs, operating instructions, and documentation standards.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and effectively guide or lead team members.
  • Maintain safe work practices, comply with chemical/gas safety procedures, clean room protocols, ISO standards, and environmental regulations.

  • Full Time B. Tech /Diploma (Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical)
