Solution Architect - Cloud Infrastructure and Architecture Specialist

\Description

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure and architecture solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure cloud services, including infrastructure and platform architecture, design, and implementation.

\Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure and architecture solutions using Azure cloud services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cloud-based solutions
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on cloud architecture and infrastructure design
\Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 15+ years overall IT industry experience
  • Extensive experience on Infrastructure and Terraform
  • Azure Certification is highly preferred
  • 5-8 years experience in Azure Cloud Infra and Platform architecture, design and implementation of high-volume web apps like Ecommerce Microservices, Data Transformation Solutions, Event Driven Architecture Solutions
  • Sound experience in working with Azure Platforms enabling Microservices Architecture preferably in Ecommerce or High-volume web apps
  • Hands-on experience in ARM templates and Terraform IaC to provision and configure Azure resources across Network, Storage, PaaS Platforms like AKS, Cosmos, Service Bus (or similar platforms) etc in setting up lower and PROD environments
  • Experience in working with docker Containers with Azure Kubernetes Service and Azure Container Registry
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins and Azure DevOps
  • Foundation experience in Linux OS and Networking Stack and Protocols including ExpressRoute connectivity
  • Experience in setting up Azure Security architecture and implementation of conditional access policies, tenant isolation, encryption at rest, encryption in transit, key management, application firewalls, SIEM; Experience in Azure Services like using Security Center, Microsoft Defender etc and 3rd Party tools
  • Experience in setting up Azure Operations architecture and implementation using Azure Monitor, App Insights and 3rd Party Tools like Splunk, AppDynamics
  • Experience in Azure Storage Solution design and implementation
  • Experience in authentication (SAML/OAuth/OIDC), MFA, and RBAC
  • Experience in setting up DR architecture solution
  • Experience in Java Web Applications, Mobile Apps
  • Experience in working in Data Platforms like Cosmos, Azure SQL, Data Factory, DMS, Databricks
  • Ability to architect and integrate on-premises applications, cloud providers or other platforms with Azure

\Education
