About the Role

  • Develop and execute strategies to improve the integration experience for our customers, leveraging expertise in SQL/Boomi, Activiti, BIRT, or similar tools.
  • Mentor and guide team members in designing, developing, and implementing new interfaces, workflows, and reports between various 3rd party systems and Ultimate/Dimensions software.
  • Promote best practices for executing and maintaining all aspects of the Integration and enforce the use of standard processes and tools within the team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving initiatives that result in increased productivity, high scalability, and a superior Customer Experience in assigned engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance on the implementation of integrations, workflows, and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery of solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in the team's work.
