Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our platform and infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, IT Service Management (ITSM) knowledge, and a deep understanding of operational best practices.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leverage strong leadership skills to guide a high-performing team of network and cloud administrators.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across engineering and operations.
  • Define clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations aligned with organizational goals.
  • Promote operational excellence by maturing processes for efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and integration across platforms.
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in network and cloud infrastructure support, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • In-depth knowledge of managing patching of infrastructure (network and servers).
  • A strong understanding of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and operational best practices.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Business and Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
Bonus Skills
  • General experience with Cloud technologies (Azure, VMWare, AWS, Windows, Linux) and Network Technology (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Aruba ClearPass).
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure monitoring systems (Logic Monitor & Solar Winds).
