Job Title: Pre-Sales Analyst Clinical Research

Makro is seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Analyst to join our Clinical Research team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving client acquisition by providing expert technical and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Analysis: Conduct in-depth client needs analysis to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Proposal Development: Craft and present persuasive proposals and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Sales Support: Create and maintain sales materials, including presentations and product details, to support sales efforts.
  • Market Insights: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to stay ahead of market trends and customer needs.
  • Feasibility Assessment: Evaluate the viability of technical and financial solutions to ensure they meet client requirements.
  • Industry Engagement: Represent Makro at trade shows and industry events to build relationships and promote our services.
  • Training: Support sales team training on new products and services to ensure they are equipped to meet client needs.
  • Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitors to enhance market positioning and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Tender Preparation: Assist in preparing RFP responses and other tender documents to ensure we are well-positioned to win new business.
  • Technical Support: Provide guidance during the negotiation and closing stages to ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Contribute to identifying opportunities and refining sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Forecasting: Support the development of sales forecasts and performance goals to ensure we are meeting our business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 28 years of experience in pre-sales within CRO, BABE, CDMO, Biotech, or Biopharma, focusing on RFQs, RFPs, and proposals.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; proficient in sales tools.
  • Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering exceptional client service with a customer-centric approach.
  • Market Research: Experience in market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Financial Acumen: Basic understanding of financial concepts and their impact on solutions.
  • Presentation: Excellent presentation and multitasking abilities, thriving in a fast-paced team environment.
