Psychometrician Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychometrician to design and improve assessment tools. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI-driven innovation and psychometrics.

The Psychometrician will be responsible for designing and integrating AI-based programs to optimise psychometric processes, data analysis, and test development. They will also use AI-powered translation tools to quickly and accurately translate tests into multiple languages.

The Psychometrician will work closely with the Data Science team to evaluate and fine-tune AI models to ensure accuracy, fairness, and alignment with psychometric standards.

  • Design and integrate AI-based programs using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
  • Use AI-powered translation tools to quickly and accurately translate tests into multiple languages
  • Build and maintain AI-driven personalised programs that generate tailored feedback for assessments

Key Responsibilities:

Assessment Creation and Validation
  • Contribute to the full lifecycle of assessment creation, validation, revision and enhancement
  • Create innovative test items for specialised evaluations

Project Management:

  • Collaborate with consultants to develop tailored solutions such as customised assessments and personalised reports
  • Produce detailed technical documentation, interpretation guidelines, and user manuals for customised tools

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with R&D teams across India, London, and Paris in a multicultural and agile environment
