Job Title

As a Business Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and delivering analytics solutions to drive business growth.

You will work with stakeholders to develop analytical solutions and reports that provide actionable insights for leadership and commercial teams.

Additionally, you will collaborate with the competitive intelligence team to provide market intelligence analytics for current and future products in the portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a background in business analytics and forecasting, experience with handling and analyzing IQVIA-type datasets, and proficiency in using business analytics tools such as Power BI.

A Master's degree from a top-tier university is preferred, but not required. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:
  • MBA or related field from a top-tier university (preferred)
  • 3+ years of work experience in Pharma/Biotech or management consulting
