As a seasoned Maximo technical expert, we seek an individual with in-depth knowledge of customizations, databases, and problem-solving skills to lead data conversion efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a technical leader in the design, development, and implementation of complex Maximo solutions.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of Maximo systems, including new installations, upgrades, and migration processes across multiple technical environments.
  • Apply expertise in DB2, Oracle, and SQL databases to optimize Maximo environments.
  • Utilize MBO customization knowledge to tailor solutions and lead critical data conversion efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, support system maintenance, and ensure delivered solutions align with business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Maximo developer.
  • Proven technical expertise in IBM Maximo EAM/MAS Manage.
  • Hands-on experience with Maximo installations and upgrades.
  • Proficiency in DB2 database management, with a strong knowledge of SQL.
  • Extensive experience with MBO customizations.
  • Experience in managing and migrating data across multiple Maximo technical environments.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Oracle or Microsoft SQL databases.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in leading data conversion and migration projects.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
