Job Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality scientific, medical, and educational materials for diverse audiences with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Review and oversee deliverables from junior writers, providing constructive feedback to enhance quality and consistency.
  • Mentor and train junior writers by sharing best practices and client preferences to ensure successful collaborations.
  • Raise product/account knowledge to support informed interactions with clients and stakeholders.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND STAKEHOLDERS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION.
  • Advise clients on strategic plans and content enhancements to optimize engagement and results.
  • Participate in client pitches and business development initiatives to grow the organization.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with team members and clients to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Design and execute innovative digital medical communications initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on digital solutions for Medical Affairs clients to meet their evolving needs.
  • Create engaging visual content and novel solutions to captivate target audiences.
  • E nsure compliance with client requirements and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
