IT Infrastructure Strategist

As an IT Infrastructure Strategist, you will be responsible for driving the overall direction and implementation of our organization's IT infrastructure. This involves leading and managing a team to ensure seamless operations and strategic oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Strategic Direction: Create and execute a comprehensive strategy for our IT infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the daily management of our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, virtualization, and cloud environments.
  • Lead Security Initiatives: Develop and implement robust security measures to safeguard our IT infrastructure, encompassing vulnerability management, incident response, threat mitigation, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Oversee Identity and Access Management: Ensure effective identity and access management using tools such as Microsoft Intune, Conditional Access policies, and endpoint management.
  • Business Management Systems: Manage Business Management Systems (BMS) including access control systems, CCTV, and related security technologies.
  • Ensure Compliance: Coordinate with internal and external audit teams to maintain legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the IT infrastructure and security teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Financial Planning: Plan and manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes to optimize cost-effectiveness and service quality.
  • Disaster Recovery: Implement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and data loss.
  • Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
