Job Opportunity

A skilled and experienced Final Test/Process Engineer is required to conduct comprehensive testing of semiconductor equipment and qualify processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical, electronics, software, or mechanical engineering, with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in relevant final testing and process management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough testing of semiconductor equipment and qualify processes to ensure compliance and quality standards.
  • Execute checklists and procedures, updating tasks as needed to optimize efficiency.
  • Collect, process, and analyze data, applying troubleshooting methods to eliminate equipment malfunctions and improve process yields.
  • Record detailed process documentation and production data meticulously to adhere to regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Refine process recipes based on test results and customer requirements to ensure optimal performance.
  • Pump down vacuum chambers and load-locks while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Support new product launches by ensuring supplier quality meets specified standards.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions for supplier quality issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Provide input during performance reviews and write regular reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Degree in electrical, electronics, software, or mechanical engineering preferred.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in relevant final testing and process management.
  • Substantial experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with CAD, Solid Works, and Inventor software a plus.
