Role Summary:

The FP&A Manager will lead our financial planning and analysis activities, providing financial performance outlook and business insights to divisional leadership. This role requires partnership with multiple stakeholders and driving results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales or gross margin or SG&A analysts to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
  • Own the delivery of services as described in the service-level agreement with divisions.
  • Drive FP&A transformation goals to optimize, simplify, and automate P&A tasks.
  • Partner with division finance teams to understand external and internal business dynamics and their impact on results.
  • Develop and coordinate close and forecast activities, including communicating guidance, facilitating system loads, analyzing results, and preparing content for business reviews with senior leadership.
  • Develop sustainable content for use in monthly business reviews (MBRs) and provide ad-hoc financial analytics and deep dives to facilitate decision making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Minimum 8 years of Finance experience.

  • Proven ability to lead, motivate staff, and build a teamwork environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with strengths in analytical and communications, handling complexity and organizational sensitivity.
  • Strong analytical aptitude, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
  • Result-oriented, proactive, and possesses a high level of integrity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management skills.
