Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Node Developer to fill this key role in our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality backend services and APIs using Node.js, with a strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and expertise in microservices architecture and event-driven systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js.
  • To collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and QA to deliver high-quality features on time.
  • To write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • To optimize application performance, security, and scalability by implementing efficient solutions.
  • To lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers to enhance their skills.
  • To stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to architecture and processes.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Professional experience in backend development with a focus on Node.js is mandatory.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript is required.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL is a plus.
  • Familiarity with databases: SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis) is necessary.
  • Expertise in microservices architecture and event-driven systems is essential.
  • Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization/orchestration tools is required.
  • Familiarity with cloud services like AWS/GCP/Azure is beneficial.
  • Strong knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Chai, etc.) is necessary.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI) is required.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS).
  • Familiarity with Serverless (AWS Lambda, etc.).
  • Knowledge of frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) for full-stack contributions.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
