We are seeking dynamic professionals to join our team as Trainers for the TEACHWISE Program.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating interactive workshops, mentoring teachers, and ensuring practical application of concepts in real classroom contexts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions across partner schools on weekends
- Deliver modules on positive behavioral support, classroom management, and emotional intelligence
- Mentor teachers, provide feedback, and support reflective practice
- Customize content and learning methods for diverse learner profiles and local realities
Key Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Background:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Education, Psychology, Social Work, Child Development, or related disciplines.
Experience:
3-4 years of experience in teaching, teacher training, facilitation, or educational program implementation.
Skills:
- Strong command over spoken Hindi and English
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of inclusive teaching practices and foundational literacy
Program Details:
August 2025 – March 2026 (Part-time | Based on session allotment | Weekly and monthly engagements)
