For an organization to thrive in today's competitive landscape, it is essential to have a well-managed IT governance program that ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. As a seasoned IT GRC Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our organization-wide compliance program and maintaining a deep understanding of commonly used governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective IT governance strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with IT activities, processes, and procedures.
  3. Establish and maintain robust policies, procedures, and controls to ensure continuous monitoring and reporting on compliance.
  4. Work closely with the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team to ensure risk readiness for the entire IT landscape.
  5. Serve as an advisor to process owners, providing expertise and influencing decisions regarding governance and compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in IT or a security-related field from an accredited university and hold at least one security certification. They will also have relevant industry experience, with insight into IT policies, standards, and procedures.

They must have thorough knowledge and understanding of IT Risk, Compliance, and Cybersecurity Frameworks, along with the ability to develop standards and guidelines based on best practices and industry standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, including formal report writing experience, are also required.

We are seeking a skilled professional who can manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and resolution of issues. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and updating IT Audit policies and procedures and standards documents, coordinating and tracking all information technology-related audits, and working with customers, external auditors, and outside consultants as appropriate on required IT assessments and audits.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in IT or security-related field from an accredited university.
  2. Holding at least one security certification is preferable.
  3. Experience in related industry with insight and understanding of IT policies, standards, and procedures.
  4. Thorough Knowledge and understanding of IT Risk, Compliance, and Cybersecurity Frameworks.
  5. Ability to develop standards and guidelines based on best practices and industry standards.
  6. Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
  7. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, including formal report writing experience.
  8. Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and resolution of issues.
