The primary objective of this position is to oversee the entire lifecycle of products, encompassing design, development, testing, and maintenance. To achieve this, you will be working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet customer expectations and exceed them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and modify product designs, specifications, and drawings to meet evolving standards and incorporate new products, components, and functionalities.
  • Apply design thinking or design for excellence concepts in projects to drive innovation and improve product quality.
  • Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and support Product Lifecycle Management (PLCM) initiatives.
  • Continuously recommend improvements in all areas related to standards, products, and drawings to enhance efficiency and productivity.

This role requires a strong foundation in electrical/electronics/power electronics engineering, complemented by 7-10 years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in software applications such as MATLAB is also essential, along with a deep understanding of E3 schematic principles.
