Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic individual as a Strategic Initiatives Manager - Life Sciences to join our team. As a key member of our strategy team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative, integrated digital transformation solutions on the IT side of Life Sciences.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of technology solutions and the ability to create complex integrated deal constructs that meet diverse business needs in the life sciences sector. You will work closely with clients and internal capability teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and solution delivery.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong familiarity with life sciences technologies such as Veeva CEM, IQVIA, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Omnichannel platforms, Okta, OneTrust, digital engineering, automation, support & DevOps services other related systems
  • Comprehensive understanding of the digital transformation landscape, including trends and emerging technologies
  • Proven experience in developing integrated solutions that combine multiple workstreams and technologies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex problems and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences
  • Experience in managing projects or initiatives that require cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
