We are looking for a Credit Structuring and Advisory Expert to join our team in Debt Capital Markets. As a Credit Structuring and Advisory Expert, you will be responsible for structuring and executing complex debt instruments, including PTCs, INR debentures, FCY bonds, FCCBs, and private credit.
Your Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in INR debt capital markets, securitization, credit structuring, or debt advisory.
- Proven experience structuring and executing PTC transactions.
- Proficiency in using Excel for asset portfolio stress testing using historical pool behavior.
- Understanding of debt finance, financial analysis, covenants, and bond mathematics.
