Dynamics 365 Consultant

Overview of the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics 365 configuration and customized development, as well as experience with C#/.NET plugins, JavaScript/jQuery customization, and Power Automate flows.

Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop new solutions and enhance existing ones using Dynamics 365 online.
  2. Build, deploy, and maintain C#/.NET plugins, especially Azure-aware plugins.
  3. Implement JavaScript/jQuery customizations for form logic, UI enhancements, and client-side integrations.
  4. Develop and maintain Power Automate flows, ensuring seamless D365 automation and orchestration.
  5. Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems and vendors using third-party APIs.
  6. Support and augment existing Dynamics configurations, custom extensions, and daily reporting delivered to client's Service Leader.
  7. Uphold CRM best practices through solution design, vendor integrations, version control, testing, and deployment.
  8. Align technical designs with Microsoft's product roadmap and future direction to ensure scalability and upgradability.
  9. Use Azure DevOps and GIT for source control, CI/CD pipeline setups, and deployment automation.
  10. Troubleshoot complex issues collaboratively, provide technical mentorship, and share expertise with team members.
