Job Role: Data Modeler

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will play a key part in delivering complex transformation programs within data portfolios.
  • They will collaborate with agile teams to create world-class products that meet customer needs.
  • Elicit and analyze business change, functional, and non-functional requirements from various stakeholders.
  • Work with cross-asset IT teams to interface those requirements and deliver working reconciliation solutions.
  • Develop relevant analysis and modeling artefacts for development teams.
  • Provide advanced business knowledge and technical support for requirement development.
  • Create/enhance logical and physical data models adhering to agreed standards.
  • Maintain data models and undertake metadata analysis.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and modelling skills (4-8 years)
  • Proven experience of financial domain and data analysis skills with experience in requirement gathering, elicitation, gap analysis, data analysis, effort estimation, reviews, and database designing.
  • Familiarity with SDLC & Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to bridge gaps between business and technical teams.
  • Familiarity with SQL, MS-Office tools, GCP Big Query, Erwin, Visual Paradigm is desirable.
