Job Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our Risk Strategy and Consulting efforts. This is a pivotal role that demands strategic vision, thought leadership, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive risk strategies with clear multi-year roadmaps, aligning initiatives with business objectives and market trends.
  • Thought Leadership Development: Establish the organization as a leader in risk management by creating compelling narratives, frameworks, and strategic insights.
  • Content Management: Develop content management frameworks for high-quality thought leadership content, including digital platforms, white papers, research reports, and industry publications.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop stakeholder governance frameworks to accelerate execution and drive high-quality outputs. Engage with subject matter experts to develop valuable insights and transform complex subject matter into consumable content.
  • Event Planning & Market Mapping: Develop plans and themes for industry events, conferences, and client roundtables to showcase risk capabilities and drive meaningful industry dialogue.
  • Performance Management: Drive OKRs for Regional Risk Officers and ensure consistent cascading throughout the CEMEA Risk Organization.
Qualifications:
  • Core Requirements:
    • 12+ years of hands-on strategy development experience at top-tier consulting firms or equivalent roles at major multinational financial institutions.
    • Advanced degree from a top-tier institution with strong analytical foundation.
    • Deep experience in financial services required, with payments industry experience advantageous.
  • Leadership Capabilities:
    • Proven ability to independently identify opportunities and drive implementation without supervision.
    • Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable outcomes and driving strategic initiatives in fast-paced environments.
    • Self-motivated individual with a strong ownership mindset who thrives in ambiguous situations.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information into compelling storylines and strategic narratives.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proven experience presenting strategic recommendations.
    • Strong capability in developing high-quality thought leadership materials and executive-level presentations.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Proven ability to effectively work with diverse stakeholder groups, including senior executives and external partners.
    • Exceptional capability to analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources, identifying key market trends and strategic opportunities.
    • Ability to quickly adapt strategic approaches based on changing market conditions.
    • Strong capability in monitoring and translating market developments into actionable strategic insights.
