Business Operations Executive

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Operations professional to join our organization at the forefront of Kidspreneurship. This role combines finance, HR, and administration responsibilities to ensure seamless day-to-day operations across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Finance
    • Collect and organize invoices.
    • Record expenses under the correct heads.
    • Prepare project-wise P&L statements.
    • Provide clear snapshots of the overall P&L for all markets and projects.
  • HR & Payroll
    • Draft and issue offer letters.
    • Process monthly salary payouts.
    • Deduct TDS and other statutory compliances where applicable.
    • Support basic HR and people operations tasks.
  • Administration
    • Manage travel bookings and logistics.
    • Handle paperwork and documentation.
    • Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Background in finance, accounts, or business administration.
  • Comfort with basic HR and payroll processes.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (spreadsheets, docs, etc.).
  • Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • A team player who is also capable of working independently.
