Job Description

We seek an experienced Japanese Trainer to join our Language Team. As a key member, you will be responsible for training Large Language Models (LLMs) on various Japanese datasets.

Responsibilities:

  • You will develop and maintain high-quality Japanese language datasets for LLMs.
  • Your task is to train and fine-tune LLMs on these datasets to improve their performance.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other AI systems.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP, you will adapt new techniques to improve model performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • At least 7 years of experience in a technical or analytical field.
  • Strong general technical reasoning skills and ability to model real-world behavior using tool-based APIs.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English, focusing on clarity, tone, and instructional coherence.
  • Creativity and attention to detail in crafting realistic scenarios and responses.

Preferred Qualifications

We prefer candidates who have:

  • Experience working with or around LLMs, virtual assistants, or function-calling frameworks.
  • The ability to follow detailed guidelines and formatting standards with high consistency.
